Terms of Service & Guest Agreement
These Terms of Service set forth the contractual terms governing all guest reservations, VIP private salon admissions, membership privileges, and digital interactions with Prime Aussie Dining Pty Ltd.
1. Reservation Protocols & Guaranteed Booking Deposits
Reservation requests submitted through our online booking engine or VIP concierge line constitute an offer to book. Confirmation is formally finalized upon issuance of a booking reference and receipt of required security deposits. Private dining suites, chef's table seatings, and high-limit gaming reservations require an advance deposit of 25% to 50% of the estimated package rate, subject to our cancellation timeline.
2. House Code of Conduct & Mandatory Dress Standards
Prime Aussie Dining upholds an atmosphere of refined elegance. Smart elegant attire is mandatory after 6:00 PM throughout the Grand Dining Room and Cocktail Lounge (collared shirts, tailored trousers, blazers). Private high-roller gaming salons require formal evening attire. Management reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or terminate the stay of any patron displaying unruly behaviour or non-compliance with club standards.
3. Commercial Pricing, Currency & Taxation
All published prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Australian bank transfers, and verified multi-currency cage cash conversions. Prices for rare vintage wines and seasonal degustations are subject to change prior to formal booking confirmation.
4. Gaming Salon Rules & Anti-Money Laundering Protocols
Participation in private gaming operations is restricted to registered guests aged 18+ who have completed AML/CTF identity verification in compliance with AUSTRAC regulations. Table minimums, buy-in ceilings, and credit facilities are established under salon guidelines. Cash transactions exceeding statutory thresholds require immediate regulatory reporting.
5. Amendments & Continuous Service Acceptance
Prime Aussie Dining reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service periodically. The prevailing version will be published on this portal. Continued engagement with our venue, private booking systems, or Black Card membership privileges signifies ongoing acceptance of these terms.
